About
That single fact explains almost everything about how we work — why we read drawings properly, why we care about site sequence, and why we would rather tell you a package is difficult than discover it halfway through production.
Origin
MUJU is the international arm of an interior construction group founded in Shenzhen in 2013. For over a decade the group has delivered residential fit-out, sales centres, offices and hotel interiors across China — more than one hundred contracted projects and over five million square metres of completed space.
That background is unusual among export suppliers. Most factories have never stood on a site at handover. Our team has spent years being the party who has to make a factory's mistake good, in front of a client, on a deadline.
So when we quote an overseas package, we are not guessing what the site needs. We are remembering it.

How we are different
A per-square-metre rate for custom work is a guess dressed as a price. It always ends in a variation, and the variation always favours whoever wrote the contract.
We itemise against your dimensions, or we decline.
A stain that looks correct on a small sample board shifts noticeably across a twelve-metre wall once light, grain direction and adjacent materials come into play.
One bay, built and approved. Every time.
Joinery, metal, stone and upholstery are different trades. We coordinate a fixed network of specialist workshops and keep engineering and QC in-house.

Working with us
Splitting a joinery package across seven small workshops is how projects go wrong — each one interprets the same drawing differently, and nobody owns the whole.
You deal with one account manager and one engineering lead for the entire scope. They are the same two people from quotation to delivery, and they answer in your time zone.
We reply to drawings within 48 hours, including when the answer is that we cannot make it.
| Point of contact | First response |
|---|---|
| Drawing review | 48 hours |
| Itemised quotation | 3–5 working days |
| Shop drawings | 5–8 working days |
| Samples dispatched | 7–10 days |
| General reply | Within 4 business hours |
Factory visits, sample reviews and video walkthroughs can be arranged at any stage — including before you send a single drawing.
